Best in Town for the Price
While some might shy away from this little apartment complex because of it's location (on the corner of Neil Rd), I'd say that those people would be missing out on a great community at an unbeatable price. I lived in this community for 3 years and loved it. I only left because I moved to Atlanta. The apartments are very large, having been originally built as condos. The landscaping is always beautiful. I practically lived in the large hot tub. With under 100 units, I never felt cramped or hearded in. I also never felt like I had to sacrifice comfort or quality simply because I didn't have much money. I whole hearted recommend this wonderful community! And it is a community. A group of us went around singing christmas carols last year!
